Russ Barnett
Managing Director

Russ has over thirty five years’ experience in the horticultural field and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production.

Paul Thompson
Managing Director

Paul has over twenty years’ experience in Sales and Purchasing and is responsible for overseeing sales and logistics throughout the company.

Pavlina Barnett
Director

Pavlina deals with every aspect of the company’s finances.

Jordan Barnett
Sales and Administration

Jordan is Russ’ daughter and the newest member of the team. She has been working in different companies gaining experience in various fields and is now ready to take on more responsibility at North Western Plants.

National Sales Executive

Chris is a National Sales Executive at North Western Plants dividing his time between the office and on the road showing the quality of our plants to new and existing customers.
